"Highly reflective heat shielding paint R" is a high-reflectance heat-shielding paint that uses special pigments that efficiently reflect the near-infrared rays (heat rays) of sunlight.
Moreover, it is a water-based paint that is friendly to the global environment, and can be applied with a simple brush or roller coating method.
By coating pavement surfaces and rooftops (roofs), the temperature rise caused by the glaring sunlight can be mitigated, so it is a product that can alleviate the heat island phenomenon.

  • A temperature reduction effect of 10°C or more can be observed when comparing the Highly reflective heat shielding paint R coated area with the uncoated asphalt surface.
  • Even in comparison with the general paint of the same color as Highly reflective heat shielding paint R. The temperature has been reduced by about 7°C.

  • Comparing the Highly reflective heat shielding paint R painted part and the unpainted part, a maximum temperature reduction effect of about 12°C is recognized, and the overall temperature reduction is about 10°C.

  • As a result of measuring the temperature directly under the ceiling of the painted and unpainted parts of the chemical cabinet, the temperature of the painted part on the left side and the temperature of the unpainted part on the right side were almost the same before painting. In fine weather, the room temperature of the painted part on the left is 2-3°C lower than that of the unpainted part.
