Spectrometer

maxLIGHT pro -high-efficiency flat-field spectrometer and beam profiler

maxLIGHT pro photo

Manufacturer's site (English)

maxLIGHT pro
Provides maximum light collection and highest system efficiency in XUV spectrometers. A built-in beam profiler makes it a complete characterization tool for any XUV light source.
A wide flat-field effective range of 1 nm – 200 nm and automatic switching of spectral regions greatly improve research efficiency.

maxLIGHT pro VUV
A complete characterization tool for any VUV light source, combining a 40 nm – 200 nm high efficiency spectrometer and beam profiler. Automatic wavelength range switching and plug-and-play expansion options to shorter XUV wavelengths provide greater R&D flexibility.

Application examples: high-order harmonic sources, attosecond science, interaction between high-intensity lasers and matter

easyLIGHT XUV- Compact High Efficiency Flat Field XUV Spectrometer

Manufacturer's site (English)

Achieves up to 20 times higher efficiency with a no-slit configuration that covers wavelengths from 30 nm to 250 nm in a flat field. It is a compact device that covers a wide band.
Equipped with a stray light suppression function to improve the S/N ratio.

Application examples: high-order harmonic sources, attosecond science, interaction between high-intensity lasers and matter

easyLIGHT VUV- Compact VUV Spectrometer

easyLIGHT VUV Pictures

Manufacturer's site (English)

General-purpose spectrometer covering the wavelength range of 80 nm – 300 nm. A monochromator mode is also selectable.
It has best-in-class grating efficiency and offers excellent wavelength accuracy with closed-circuit grating positioning. It also has a stray light suppression function.

Application examples: Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), characterization of plasma emission sources

XAFS device

hiXAS- Integrated XAS Solution

Manufacturer's site (English)

hiXAS offers a complete research solution for extensive X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and X-ray absorption fine structure (XANES) measurements.

An X-ray tube, a high-resolution spectrometer, and a hybrid photodetector are compactly integrated, and a software group for device control and data analysis is installed.

Application examples: chemical species and concentration ratios, compound studies, short-range order and bond length determination

maxCAM and easyCAM- XUV/VUV Cameras

Pictures of maxCAM and easyCAM

Manufacturer's site (English)

HP spectroscopy's compact CF63 footprint camera was developed specifically with VUV/XUV/X-ray spectroscopy and imaging applications in mind. This camera excels at shooting in low-light environments.

maxCAM uses a back-illuminated sensor and achieves a quantum efficiency of up to 95%. Low noise electronics and ambient temperature Electronic cooling down to -80°C allows dark counts to be negligible.
easyCAM achieves 40% quantum efficiency in the 100 nm – 300 nm wavelength range, where conventional XUV cameras have not achieved high efficiency.

Application examples: High-order harmonic observation, EUV plasma emission observation, X-ray microscope

MCP/CMOS camera- low noise detector

Manufacturer's site (English)

HP spectroscopy's MCP-based detectors have demonstrated excellent performance in many application areas.
Under extremely low photon conditions, e.g., a few photons per hour, the required acquisition time can be several hours. A multi-channel plate in combination with a low-noise CMOS camera with a dark count rate of 1/s/ cm2 enables such measurements.

Application examples: High-order harmonic observation, EUV plasma emission observation, X-ray microscope
